All taxes included in fees
Prior to First Class
  1. Fees must be paid
  2. Annual non-refundable $25.00 BCGA registration/Insurance and membership fee must be paid prior to first class
  3. Forms/waivers MUST be signed!
  4. Absolutely NO exceptions

    (post dated cheques can be arranged)

Receive a 10% family discount of 2nd child, 20% of 3rd (and more) child's (lower) class fee.

NSF cheque fee of $20.00

You may cancel your child's enrollment within 8 weeks into the program, no questions asked. Money returned will be pro-rated, (less the non-refundable $25.00 BCGA and a $15.00 office fee) AS OF THE FIRST OF THE UPCOMING MONTH. A full refund less the $25.00 BCGA registration/ insurance and membership fee will be returned if the child drops out after the first class.

Classes will run depending on minimum registration requirements. A minimum of 5 participants/class are required.

All cancelled classes will be rescheduled or you may make up 3 classes through out the session on another day.  Please arrange with your coach.

If fees are not paid upon registration child will be put on a waiting list until payment is received.

Fundraising

In order to keep our equipment updated and run our classes as efficient and safe as possible we are relying on everyones's Fund raising participation 

All members are asked to take part at the fundraisers held throughout each term.  An additional fee of $20.00/child for a raffle booklet will be charged on registration day.  You may keep the money for the tickets you sell and also for no extra cost take as many raffle booklets as you wish to help cut the gymnastics fee for your child.

KIDSPORT FUNDING IS AVAILABLE.
